"I was considering leaving State Farm and started looking at other auto insurance providers. I called Gabriel and informed him of my intentions. He was completely understanding and never pressured me into staying with State Farm. I was quoted a substantially lower price from another provider. Once the numbers were calculated, I realized State Farm was actually cheaper, and that having been with the insurance company for twenty-plus years, they have been professional and have never had any issues with their service. I called Gabriel to let him know I was staying with State Farm. He was pleasantly joyful and professional. We went through the whole process of signing all the necessary documents, which is usually a bore, but with Gabriel, it was easy and not a mundane exchange of information. I also purchased Life Insurance through State Farm, something I wasn't even considering, but when the quote included it, I was happily pleased.

It's rare when you meet associates like Gabriel who make a tedious process easy and pleasurable. He is an example of what professionalism is, and an asset to State Farm.
